We have performed at large clubs, small galleries, outdoor festivals, parking lots, abandoned hospitals, and private parties, so most any venue offers possibilities.

Here are a few of those possibilities:

AMBULANCE VISITS

Our ambulance parks at your event and our "medical" staff answer questions, offer playful medical procedures (plaster casts, anyone?) and quirky giveaways.

SCRIPTED STAGE SHOWS

These surreal sketches deal with health and safety in the idiom of a tragically misguided kid's show featuring a petulant "Safety Ape," a 7-foot tall "robot," puppets, and a bevy of blatantly fetishized nurses . We can present a 12-30 minute set of 1-2 sketches or fill an evening with, multiple sketches, films, and audience participation.

INTERACTIVE INSTALLATIONS

Using a collection of second-hand hospital gear, we create walk-through "clinic" environments, in which visitors can subject themselves to mock medical screenings and procedures conducted by our capable though quite unlicensed nursing staff.

CUSTOM SPECTACLES

Where budget allows, we can create event- specific or site-specific performances. Past productions of this sort have included choreographed performances by dozens of bandaged and crutch-enabled dancers at a film festival, a grisly anatomical walk-through installations, and a theater parking-lot display of smoldering wrecked cars peopled with bloodied actors sharing their cautionary tales.

VIDEO SCREENINGS

We provide you suitable high-rez media of our original productions for projection or arrive with our projection equipment and costumed representative prepared for Q&A.

GORY DETAILS STORIES RECORDING PARTY

Often combined with the Ambulance Visit, recording parties are a chance to share your own medical emergency stories with an attractive, patiently listening nurse. Recorded stories are later made available in a free online archive.

A NOTE ABOUT BLOOD

Despite our name, the majority of our shows do not require bloody or messy effects. When these effects are employed, measure are taken to insure quick and easy cleanup. We hate cleaning up blood as much as the next guy.
